our mission

Bear Cottage upholds the values of excellence and leadership in the provision of palliative care to children and young people with life limiting illnesses and their families.

our goals

1. To provide temporary respite care in earlier phases of such illnesses to give families a much needed break.
2. To develop rapport and provide support for the families as the child's condition progresses.
3. To provide end-of-life care according to the family's needs.
4. To provide bereavement support and referral to counselling if required.
