The following medical services are available at Bear Cottage:

• Access to palliative care and pain team specialists from The Children's Hospital at Westmead on a regular basis
• On call GP
• 24 hour nursing care
• Pathology services through PALMS
• Stock supply of general analgesics
• Medical gases access in each child's room
• Basic life support eg. bag and mask (if required)
